I'm an IT professional with 4 years of experience — 2 years as a System Analyst and 2 years as an IT Programmer. Currently, I specialize in analyzing and designing systems for textile manufacturing operations, including production, warehouse, and delivery processes.
I work closely with users to identify business needs, create effective system designs, and deliver clear technical documentation. My goal is to ensure every system we build improves efficiency and supports real operational needs. Previously, I developed and maintained applications used across five manufacturing plants and the head office to enhance daily productivity.
